# 13 The engine will be pressure washed and painted . The starter and alternator will be removed and the brushes
replaced.The engine still runs strong and it doesn't burn oil no need to rebuild yet! Maybe a wisco 1320 kit will be a good
idea!

# 14 The valve clearances will be checked and shims
replaced if need. The cam cover will get a new gasket and the mounting bolts new rubber donuts.
( I just trade the
local Yamaha dealer the shims that I need and give the old ones back)

wiring harness
# 15 I cleaned the terminals and retaped
the wiring harness. This was done using nice 3m tape; I think it was about 5 bucks a roll not your 99-cent hardware stuff! It
stays flexible to - 20 something! No faulty connections for me!

The leaking clutch slave fluid peeled off the paint! These parts will be painted and the rotor cover polished!
